I'm going to report what's going on in Akihabara the day before Valentine's Day. Busou Store is doing a "Donation Chocolate Champaign"; an eroge floor at Asobit Game City gives chocolate; and Sofmap is holding a special Champaign of giving Telephone Card.

On the 3rd, Akihabara was covered with snow. It has been 2 years since the last time we had snow (January 2006). There is a guy, Feti, who has been doing exercises since June every weekend in Akihabara. Even though it was snowing, he did exercises as usual. Fuji TV, which just happened to be in Akihabara, asked people, "what do you think about the guy?"

Nintendo Wii "Super Smash Bros. Brawl (X)" was released on the 31st. According to Dengeki Online, characters such as Mario, Link, Kirby, Pikachu, etc, have battles- it's an action game. On the Yahoo Auction, resale of this game has gone crazy. A staff at a store in Akihabara says "we got a lot of game, but all of them were sold out in one day!
