Around 2:45pm on the 23rd, a fire broke out from the basement (B2) of a construction site at Sotokanda 3, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. According to the Fire Defense Agency Tokyo, about 20 workers were left at the rooftop and 21 workers were left in the basement (B2).
In B2, 11 workers were rescued from firemen, and 10 people came out by themselves. Among them, 2 people got pain on their throat, but their lives are in no danger. The Fire Defense Agency Tokyo is still extinguishing a fire and try to rescue people left on the rooftop.
