Fishy? An Unattended Store for Prepaid Cell Phones
At the entrance of former Freesia Support (closed already), there was an unattended store for prepaid cell phones made by a cardboard box. On weekends, it's normal to see people selling copied DVDs or prepaid cell phones on streets nowadays, but this store used the entrance of a closed store (probably without permission) and tried to sell prepaid cell phones. The price and the cell phone number to contact the owner(?) were written on a paper.

Fishy? An Unattended Store for Prepaid Cell Phones A Paper of Contact Info & a Cardboard Box |
At the entrance of former Freesia Support (closed already), there was an unattended store for prepaid cell phones made by a cardboard box. The price (Au 15,000yen, Softo 25,000yen) and the cell phone number to contact the owner(?) were written on a paper.
In order to sell prepaid cell phones, the Ministry of Public Management rules: a seller needs to identify who a consumer is. But nowadays, on weekends, it's normal to see people selling copied DVDs or prepaid cell phones on streets in Akiba; there is even a question on Yahoo- "how can I buy a prepaid cell phone without showing ID?"
This store used the entrance of a closed store (probably without permission) and tried to sell prepaid cell phones- it was the first time for me to see an unattended store. Does this store check ID?
