At AD Square, "Sergeant Café" was opened on the 31st. Announcement about the café on its blog explained that "it's a café that you can experience the Boot Camp with some Moe." Staffs were Marine Corps and customers were trainees.

When you entered the "Sergeant Café," there were questionnaire and warnings: "once you join the army (enter the café), you must obey whatever sergeants (waitresses) say," "when you order food or drink, you order to a senior officer, so you have to say 'Sir!' first". There were 2 courses: Hard Course (1F) and Soft Course (2F).

On the 1st floor (Hard Course), former U.S. Marine Corps reprimanded trainees (customers) and ordered them to do push-ups and jumps on the stage. The former officer said "this is nothing- you have to do such things every single day in the real Boot Camp."

Sergeant Café… what a place (゚o゚) Just to see it from outside, the instinct told me how dangerous the place was. Customers were scolded like it was a normal thing! w

Sirrrrrrrrrrr!! Yes, Sirrrrrrrrrr!! Giving a war cry like that.

What??? What kind of war cry was that?

All the actions were approved by participants. Everybody joined the Boot Camp in order to be scolded.

Staffs at the Sergeant Café were not only wearing a battle clothing but also other costumes such as Mari-tan costume or costume of Marine Corps. Also, customers could wear whatever they wanted, so some wore military costumes or Jieitan costume of Mari-tan.

"Sergeant Café" was held only on the 31st- it was a fan event. However, the sponsor said "if we have a place, we would love to do it again in the future."
