Taking Pictures of Lower Bodies of Young Ladies from Behind
I have reported about people who took pictures of asses of ladies or boobs of foreign ladies, but this time, I saw a guy, holding his camera around his chest, who took pictures of lower bodies (legs?) of ladies from behind after passing each other. On April 27th, I saw him for the first time, but a staff told me that he comes to Akiba all the time.

I have reported about people who took pictures of asses of ladies or boobs of foreign ladies, but this time, I saw a guy, holding his camera around his chest, who took pictures of lower bodies (legs?) of ladies from behind after passing each other.
On April 27th, I saw him for the first time. He has his camera around his chest and walking around. When he passes through with a young lady, without looking at the monitor of the camera, he took pictures of lower bodies of ladies (legs?).
I checked what kind of people he was focusing on: it doesn't matter if a lady wears a skirt or pants, he only focused on "young ladies." He did not take pictures of older ladies. A staff at a store told me that he comes to Akiba all the time. After April 27th, he came to Akiba on May 4th, 5th, and 6th and took pictures.
It's not rare to see people who focus taking pictures of one part of a body of ladies. So far, I have reported boobs & ass, legs of cosplayers, thighs of students, etc.
