According to Getchu.com, "Tsuyokiss Nigakki," which is the sequel to ADV Tsuyokiss (that captures an aggressive girl), has appeared!! With the familiar heroines, a new heroine, Serebu Tachibana, who is the most Tsundere girl, appears! On top of that, other sub-characters are added. It's a busy school love story."

Illustrations (no colored) of bonus from stores for "Tsuyokiss Nigakki" have shown on the internet (as of April 5th). Messe Sanoo, Medio Akihabara, Asobit Game City, and Gamers Main Branch show colored illustrations of the bonuses such as Serebu takes her clothes off (half way), knee socks and an apron, knee socks and a ribbon, and Nagomi shows her boobs from her clothes.

A scenario writer, Mr. Takahiro & the original illustrator, Sanbou Shironeko of the former work of Tsundere Eroge "Tsuyokiss Nigakki", "Tsuyokiss," have not involved for this second version. A staff at a store says "after the trial version was distributed, the number of reservation has decreased rapidly." Candysoft Official Website writes about the trial: "is the second version OK!?"
