Cyoujin Neiger is a hero in a local area, and it's a comicalized version of the original (?) story. The hero is a man, Ken Akita, who is a farmer. When he was plowing a field, he found a 'strong stone' and is endowed with the power of Namomihagi. Now, he is able to transform himself into Cyoujin Neiger and fights against a Hojinashi Monster.
According to the comic's information, it is "a battle action of a famous hero, Choujin Neiger, by Mr. Masashi Ogawa who is known as being against a students' association. Mr. Masashi Ogawa puts his whole heart and soul into this manga!" POP made by Jive (?) uses an Akita Prefecture's dialect and says something like "where is my Neiger, this manga is so funny, thanks."
