Yahoo News reported that a vehicle-free street in Akihabara is a lawless area (4/10/2008), and the next Sunday after yahoo reported, there were many broadcasting stations came to Akihabara. Compare to the last weekend when police did a strict patrol, there were no police on a vehicle-free street in Akihabara on this weekend.
Because of that, many cosplayers were taken pictures, some people did street live as well as showed performances. KKS-san reports that "the place where no ogre is there… well, it was like normal vehicle-free street has come back! For former Akihabarans, I'm sure it was a moment of peace. For others, it should have been 'free from tyrannies^^'"
One of the reasons that a vehicle-free street in Akihabara was reported was a lady who calls herself "sexy idol" after showing her butt said (knowing there were so many claims for her), "everybody has different way of thinking, so about my performance, everybody has different opinions." However, on April 13th, she wrote on her blog, "did I do too much? I never thought that people would talk about me this much (；´･Д･｀)sweat"
By the way, the Big Four of Akiba (Haruhi cosplayer) and his (her?) companions who shot air guns two weeks ago did not show up on this weekend like last weekend.
