Vehicle-free Street in Akihabara is a Lawless Area: Full of TV Broadcasting Stations
Yahoo News reported that a vehicle-free street in Akihabara is a lawless area (4/10/2008), so because of that (?), the street was full of TV cameras and TV broadcasting stations. People who were interviewed by Miyaneya were asked "how do you think about the restrictions of the vehicle-free street?" On top of that, those people showed pictures they took, and the reporter asked "aren't you gonna take some sexy pictures!?"

Yahoo News reported that a vehicle-free street in Akihabara is a lawless area (4/10/2008), so because of that (?), the street was full of TV cameras and TV broadcasting stations. 3 TV cameras were from Yomiuri TV, Totsu ENG (don't know the name of the show), and probably a foreign TV show. When police came to give warning once to people who did street live and performances, cameramen recorded the scene.
Reporters came to the vehicle-free street before 2pm. People who were interviewed by Miyaneya were asked "how do you think about the restrictions of the vehicle-free street?" On top of that, those people were asked to show pictures they took. Then, the reporter asked "aren't you gonna take some sexy pictures!?"
Ellcy90-san talks about the interviews by Miyaneya: "what they interviewed today will be on TV on April 15th, and its title is "Infiltrating Into a Lawless Area, Akiba." Many people became victims of the interview, but do they really know what was the interview for… A reporter, Sakiko Moriwaki was smiling throughout, though… I wonder how they are gonna show on TV."
On this day, police did not patrol strictly on the vehicle-free street in Akihabara, so some people showed performances and some cosplayers were surrounded by cameramen. The reason of police not walking around on the street was on purpose? Does police want TV or others to report what is going on on the vehicle-free street in Akihabara!?
Usually, if it's raining in the morning, a vehicle-free street will be canceled, but on the 13th, maybe because some TV channels came, it was held by force. (Sarashiru-san)
Oh, a vehicle-free street has been held! It was raining, so I thought it would be canceled. (Hikkyistation-san)
Watching from the side, I felt like Mineya reported to get answers they wanted. They selected who to interview, I guess. (Plummet-san)
