Comic ver. "Okami to Koushinryou" is the comicalized version of the light novel, "Okami to Koushinryou," which has also animenized. M-tamasaka-san who is an editor and is in charge of this comic ver. says "never tried to change the story- it follows the original story stupidly honestly with loyal." On the day of its release, Toranoana 1st Branch sold it with its light novel.

In order to match the manga and its atmosphere, Mr. Koume draw illustrations for "Okami to Koushinryou" differently. Also, in order to show the atmosphere of Europe in the Middle Ages, Mr. Koume studies historical evidence and drew the manga but not to make illustrations poor-looking in a sphere.
I am a fan of the original story, so to see the story from a fan's point of view, I thought this work should be the manga that does not have any reorganization and try not to omit anything: make the manga just as how the original story is. To express the environment of the original story, we asked Mr. Koume to change everything: from his illustrations to the finish.
