It's a parody of Shinsengumi, and its characters are Isami Kondou, Toshio Hijikata, Soushi Okita, etc. Hatsune Saitou is the gang leader, and she makes a pose of goring by green onion. She says "Mikku Miku? NO WAY!"

May-be Soft released eroge " Yuugeki Keikan Patvessel" before which had many kinds of Parodies. "Gakuen Shinsengumi!" is a parody of Shinsengumi, and characters are Isami Kondou, Toshio Hijikata, Soushi Okita, etc. Hatsune Saitou is the gang leader.

Hatsune Saitou makes a pose of goring by green onion. She says " Mikku Miku? NO WAY!" Also, phonetic symbols of the Japanese syllabary written above Chinese characters to show the pronunciation say " my name is not Hatyune."
