The main character of "Magical Heart Kokoro-chan" is Kokoro, who is a younger sister of Kotonoha Katsura (from School Days), and who was born from April Fool PV (YouTube) by Overflow. It's an OVA of a magical girl, Kokoro. Dengeki Moeoo Blog explains "this is a spin-off work of TV anime School Days, which monopolized a topic with its story and the shocking ending no long ago. It's a story of a comical disturbance.

Back of the package says "this time, Kokoro is the main character! Inserting magic into your heart that is depressed!!!" & "Insert magic into your eyes, shoulders, and lower back!" Toranoana Main Branch writes "it's actually an anime of showing whole panties. Panties!
