This is a new work for the first time in ten years since a culte anime, "A Kite" came out (by Anime! Anime!). The main character, Monaka Noguchi, a bishojo high school student, is an assassin.
The catchphrase of the poster is "a lady, Monaka shoots the darkness! Finally, OVA of 'A Kite' by a genius, Yasuomi Umetsu starts!"
