There was a head-on collision between a car and a motor scooter on Chuo street in Akihabara on the 11th. When I heard the sound of the accident, a small-sized motor scooter was falling down and the driver set up the scooter that had fallen. The driver of the scooter walked, dragging his foot and left the place. Probably, he was a foreigner.
