"Moe Rurubu Cool Japan Otaku Nippon Guide," which is the third series after "Moe Rurubu Tokyo Guide" and "Moe Rurubu Tokyo Guide 2006" by JTB Publishing, was released on the 3rd.

The illustration on the cover is by Mr. Kei who is known for Miku Hatsune, and its book information explains, "It's about 'Otaku culture' that has lately attracted considerable attention from foreign countries as well as within our country. This book guides Otaku culture of whole Japan: where to look, where to play, and where to get experiences. Its catch phrase is " nobody can do anything about this country, nobody can do anything about enjoying this country." Lammtarra Akihabara writes "Worldly Passions, Cool Japan, Owata Nippon (Japan) Guide."

"Moe Rurubu Cool Japan" introduces some places separated into some keywords such as Sightseeing (Cosplay, Maid, Festival, Live), the Fascinating World for Women (Steward Café, Musical, Voice Actors, Ikebukuro, etc), Peeping into Moe World (Train, Military, a Factory, Gundam Plastic Models), which cover 2/3 of the whole magazine, and the rest (1/3) is about stores at Akihabara (4P), Nakano (7P), Tachikawa (2P), Nihonbashi (4P), Osu (4P), etc. There is a bonus booklet that introduces shops in Akihabara (the total of 16 pages).

Radical-Channel-san evaluates about the magazine: "it's different from former Moe guide books that mainly introduced shops. This explains the world of Otaku as well as what is hot in Otaku world. If you look at this as a guidebook, you may have some questions… rather, it's a handbook on Otaku.
