Valentines Day is near at our hands. In front of Akihabara Station on the 10th, there was a guy who distributed handbills of an announcement: "Feb. 14 is a day of dried small sardines." The handbill says "on the day, a woman gives one kind of cacao product to a man with the 200% interest a month. It was (has been?) popular that men had to return something that is 3 times more expensive than what they got. Dried small sardines do not ask you to return something that are 3 times more expensive, and they never get hurt if they don't get anything at all."

Explanation of illegal act about 200% interest a month by using a cacao product, excellent points of dried small sardines that a cacao product can never do, a nice body line, the pupil of the eyes that do not know how to doubt, etc were explainedon the paper.

According to uncyclopedia, (especially food related) companies in the capitalistic society, make an easy profit without trying hard by selling expensive snack. Against the special Valentines plan for adults in the winter of 2008, Vipper-na-ore-san says "sweets, you are gonna die if you return something that is 10 times more expensive than what you get. Giving you chocolate = you have to return goods much more expensive- Valentine is just to make this trend…"

Handbills about dried small sardines were distributed by a man, and he tried to give it to anybody: men, women, couples, etc, but within 10 min, there were only 2 handbills he could give away.
