DVD "School Days Last vol." (which is known as a fresh blood school love story) was released on the 26th.

The last DVD includes its 11th story and its Final Story (director's cut version) that wasn't shown on TV. About its finale, Magoblogressive-san says "it has to be not for showing on TV from the beginning!!!" Nikkanthreadguide-san says "without the event, the story can not be shown on TV anyway." On its package, there is a warning that "this DVD has some abusive scenes or grotesque expressions."

In Akihabara, Toranoana Main Branch writes on its POP " After a Long Battle, the Story Finishes," using illustrations of naked Sekai & naked Kotonoha-sama. At Asobit Game City, there was a demo of the scenes from its director's cut version: Makoto being slashed again and again and Kotonoha pulling a saw. The blood has become " red."

Earl-box-san reviews and says "the director's cut version adds the sound effect: that's really scary!! Especially, the Sound Effect has an effect as it says. Really… Well, if I could explain little detail, the sound of stabbing is in. The scene of Makoto being done is…oh my goodness. Especially, the scene of "I thought it wasn't true…" Sekai's body becomes red, but body fluid is cloudy.
