Cosplayers Distribute Chocolate: "Free Chocolate Movement"
On the 10th of a vehicle-free promenade at Akihabara, a group of women who wore some kinds of maid costumes distributed chocolates (asagawo-blog-san also writes about it). Ladies who distributed chocolates were: 2 maids, Drami-chan maid, Mikuru Asahara Maid, and Cosplayer of Miku Hatsune. They had a panel that writes "free chocolate" as well as chocolates that were in a basket.

In Akihabara, during Halloween, I saw cosplayers of Mina, Haruhi, Gachapin, maid, kindergartener, etc who distributed Umaibo (a Japanese snack). Also, Buddha-mask-man distributed "free Umaibo." On the 10th of a vehicle-free promenade at Akihabara, a group of women who wore some kinds of maid costumes distributed chocolates.
Ladies who distributed chocolates were: 2 maids, Drami-chan maid, Mikuru Asahara Maid, and Cosplayer of Miku Hatsune, and they had a panel that writes "free chocolate" as well as chocolates that were in a basket. Those ladies gave chocolates not only to men, but also to couples, families, and men who dressed up like a woman.
Among those cosplayers (Mina, Haruhi, Gachapin, maid, kindergartener), there were some who look like women, but actually, were "men". They looked completely like women! While giving chocolate away, cameramen surrounded them, so probably, many cameramen couldn't recognize those LADIES.
