Gayarou (illustrator) & Daisuke Tonoike (scriptwriter) set out Cuffs on their own (from F&C) with the help of Studio Line in 2005, according to Wikipedia. Bishojo game "Garden" by Cuffs tells that on the day of its release (25th), routes of 2 characters can not be captured.

Of course, the level of trust and faith from makers and creators would go down, and I do not care. They asked for it.

After the product was released, they published an apology, that's faithlessness. Everybody wanted to know before it was released. As soon as they knew that they had to say sorry, they should have postponed or do something else.
